First, to know if you actually have the "3D Home & Office Design" version, do the following.  Run the Scene Editor program then click the Info button in the Project Selection window.

In the Information window, you are supposed to see the following specifications.

If it is your case, that means that you have bought an ILLEGAL copy. 

The "3D Home & Office Design" software was a private label of the "DecoTech™ Designer" software.

The "DecoTech™ Designer" software is produced and distributed by us, DecoTech Design Software Inc., creator of the original software.

The "3D Home & Office Design" software you bought was produced and distributed by Memorex (Independent U.S. company that is now bankrupt).  Memorex, was supposed to give us a BIG 0.40$ per copy they sold.  In year 1996 they did not paid us all our royalties, so we had not given them the new update at that time.  So they have simply decided to continue to sell ILLEGALLY the old version and they have continued to not pay us our royalties.

The first release of the "3D Home & Office Design" software had no manual and no help.  Only a meaningless built-in contextual help named Micro-Help.

We strongly suggest you to download our evaluation version 6.09 of the original DecoTech™ software.  This evaluation version does more than the version you presently have in hands.  Also, it comes with a full illustrated on-line help divided into three main sections: a Step-by-Step Guide, a Reference Guide and 81 Tutorials teaching you how to do specific things.

After evaluating our product, you will be free to order the original CD-Rom that includes a printable document of the entire manual and up to 50MB of picture and animation samples made with our "DecoTech™ Designer" software.
