6- When I print a floor plan or a 3D perspective I get an error or nothing happens.

DecoTech has no printing bug known.

When DecoTech print something it uses functions provided by the Windows operating system.  Also, for Windows™ to be able to know how to access and use the hardware components built by a lot of different companies (like a video card or a printer),  Windows uses functions provided by the different software drivers.  Those drivers are designed and provided by the manufacturers of the hardware components.

Too often those manufacturers release new hardware with poorly tested software driver.  It is not rare to see a driver patch available on the manufacturer's Website the same day of the release of their new product on the market.

Since Windows as DecoTech™ have no direct control over a video card or a printer, if the software driver has a bug, it is the application using it that will crash.  Microsoft as us can do nothing to fix the trouble.

The only solution to fix such trouble is to download and install from the manufacturer's Website the most recent software driver version available for your specific Windows version and language.

Another thing you can try is to rename the printer name to a very short name.  Printer names longer than 31 characters won't work.  Reason network printers sometimes fail versus local printers working is the network name is often longer.  Reason multifunction printers often fail is the manufacturer tend to give them very long names.  Renaming it will fix this.  (Thanks to John for this tip.)

A computer is a lot more complicated than a car.  Why hesitate to contact a computer maintenance shop if this is to technical for you.
