Microsoft has decided to no longer include by default their Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) on their recent Windows Vista operating system.

This missing application is used to view help file documents and unfortunately the DecoTech Electronic User's Guide is an help file document.

To fix this problem you must download the missing application directly from the Microsoft website (www.microsoft.com) and install it yourself.

To locate quickly the file to download, simply make a search on the Microsoft website with the following keywords: WinHlp32.exe Vista
