The way the estimate is designed is to apply a factor on the basic cabinet price (for melamine) to follow the cost of more expensive materials. There is no feature allowing you to modify the price depending on specific things like finished/unfinished sides or invariable items cost in the cabinet build.

Some users to take finished/unfinished sides into account have use the following tip: They have created 3 variants of each door style and use the last digit of model number to indicate which side is finished/unfinished. That only consist of loading and resaving each door style file with a different filename and adjusting the corresponding factors with the Price Manager program.

Example:
"2120 Omni Oak M1" is the door style for left side unfinished and right side unfinished.
"2121 Omni Oak M1" is the door style for left side finished and right side unfinished.
"2122 Omni Oak M1" is the door style for left side unfinished and right side finished.
"2123 Omni Oak M1" is the door style for left side finished and right side finished.

You can also use those model numbers to indicate to the Cabinet Itemizer program to use more specific itemizing cards to add finished/unfinished sides in the cutting list.

The actual estimate feature has its limits but it will be improved in future versions.
