To indicate that the basic price of a cabinet must be mutiplied by a factor you need to put the letter F in the last column in the Estimate.

This is usually automatically done unless you created a custom cabinet with the Cabinet Editor and have specifically indicated to not use factor with this cabinet when you have saved it.

The other thing to consider is when you are specifying a local door style for a cabinet on the floor plan. That cabinet price will not use the global factor but it will use the factor associated with its local door style. The factors associated with door styles are set with the Price Manager.
