You are using a very old version but when something works and do the job you want, there is no reason to change it.

However, even Microsoft no more supports its Windows 98 and ME. The only advise I can give you is to get the DecoTech upgrade version 6.07. But this upgrade required a minimum of Windows 98SE (Second Edition).
