When went to open my DecoTech this evening it would not open. My color settings did their usuall change to 256 but the program never opened. I have shut my system down and tried to reinstall the program but it will not open or install. I am running XP and Version5 DecoTech and have not had any problems in the past with this. Any suggestions as to why I am now having problems? Thanks for any advice you can offer.
