If you have a DecoTech Pro simply use the Cabinet Editor program to create a new or modify an existing cabinet to get the Toe Kick at the back.

From C.E. bottom middle edit tools window, locate the 2nd column, 1st row button. That allow you to change the current side of cabinet to edit it. Set the little black arrow to the back then select the PLUS button to open that side. Finally add doors or a un/finished panel.
